The Set Up Process
The set up process is a logical series of activities designed to culminate in a successful campaign. The project begins and continues through the following steps:

2. Development of targeted prospect list
3. Script development
4. Identification of CRM tool and required reports
5. Selection of the appropriate TSR (Telephone Sales Representative)
6. Educating the TSR
7. Identifying process of acheiving objectives

Development of campaign objectives and expectations
Clearly identify the client’s objectives, defining success for the TSR.
Development of targeted prospect list
The client is responsible for providing a targeted prospect list. We can provide assistance in this regard. Some in-house lists are available, but may require some cleansing to suit the project. The purchase of targeted lists is an option at any time.
Script development
A script is necessary. A practiced script ensures that the TSR sounds knowledgeable and professional, and enables them to focus on the message and the prospect, not the words they need to choose. It also helps in overcoming expected objections.
We require your assistance in the development of the script to ensure the message is accurate, effective and contains a call to action.
Identification of CRM tool and required reports
We can use your in house CRM software if access is available or we can utilize software of your choosing. As this is proprietary to your organization, the cost of the license is born by the client. We normally use Excel spreadsheets for campaigns as they are easily developed, sortable, customizable and easily emailed. Comments, contact dates, results and next steps are easily and effectively identified, recorded and communicated. There is no additional cost for the use of Excel. Activities and results can be summarized and communicated to you daily or weekly as you choose. The full Excel contact management spreadsheet can also be sent whenever you choose. Google-docs can be utilized for live updates and collaboration.
Selection of the appropriate TSR (Telephone Sales Representative)
The client is invited to participate in the selection of the appropriate TSR if so desired. The proper level of enthusiasm, voice image and personality should be acceptable to the client. Our TSRs work limited hours during peak contact time frames to ensure high levels of energy, interest and enthusiasm.
Educating the TSR
The TSR should be educated on your services and this can be arranged at your facility or ours. The success of the campaign will be dependent upon the TSR’s indoctrination with your business philosophy and product knowledge. The training time cost is borne by us as part of our commitment to ensuring the success of the campaign.
Identifying process of setting and communicating appointments
This is the process by which the TSR conducts the campaign. It involves mapping out the steps of the path to success. Utilization of a script(s) depending on the step in the contact process, gathering of information, and sending information packages/brochures by email or post, and the follow up contact to close the objective are identified and documented.
